Job Purpose
The Business Administrator will be responsible for assisting department processes within Veritas Solicitors.
You will work with an experienced leader, providing administration support.
The goal of the role is to effectively provide support to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business:

  • General administrative duties
  • Working through and managing a busy inbox with various queries from employees/clients/business partners/suppliers.
  • Accurate data entry into case management system.
  • Processing paperwork and generating documents.
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of business processes
  • Confidently and appropriately handling confidential information
  • Help process incoming and outgoing post.
  • Handling inbound telephone queries when required.

Competency Requirements

  • Experience within administrative role would be beneficial but not essential.
  • IT proficient, comfortable using Microsoft software and technically adaptable.
  • Experience in diary management
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
  • Good attention to detail and adaptable when necessary
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, with strong timekeeping skills
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Supporting the business with adhoc jobs as required

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
