Job Purpose:

Provide administrative support to a team of costs draftsman to ensure the smooth running of the costs department.


Job responsibilities:


  • List the tasks, duties and responsibilities that the job entails.
  • Support the Costs team with recovering legal costs from defendants.
  • Chase defendants
  • Monitor and manage a shared team mailbox.
  • Allocation of cases to appropriate internal/external draftsman.
  • Accurate data entry of dates and figures into case management system.
  • Producing invoices.
  • Adhoc administration tasks as and when required

Requirements:


  • Degree such as Economics, Science, Business Studies, Law or Accountancy OR qualified by any finance experience will be preferred not essentials.
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • GCSE Maths & English at C grade or above
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organised
  • The ability to produce work that is highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to assess and analyse both numerical and written information.
  • The ability to work under your own initiative.
  • Have a working knowledge of IT systems like Microsoft Office packages.

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
