Salary £22,000

Role Details

Drafting legal documents (letters of claims, letters of instruction, disclosure reviews, etc.)
Welcome calls to clients, updating them on their file progress
Manage tasks via CMS (Proclaim)
Managing client communication and correspondence
Handling a volume of client calls on a day to day basis
Liaising with expert witnesses and counsel
Understanding and acting on duties and daily tasks given by the Team Leader Skills & Qualifications
Law degree (LPC preferred)
Previous experience within housing disrepair, either assisting or managing a caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills
Excellent organisation and diary management:
Ability to meet team and personal targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
