Reed Finance are working with a listed company based in Swindon recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.

-
Salary £80,000-£100,000 + car allowance + bonus:


  • Hybrid working
Reporting to the CFO.

This is a key role in the business with responsibilities including:


  • Leading, managing and developing the finance teams.
  • Leading the group tax function.
  • Consolidation of the group financial data and overseeing the generation of the PLC report and accounts.
  • Taking the lead on implementing change and finance process improvements.
  • Enhancement of existing finance processes, finance systems and procedures.
  • Leading the outsourced finance shared services.
  • Leading the operational treasury activities.
  • Leading the external advisors and foreign entity reporting for group consolidation.
