Our reputable client based in Birmingham are looking to hire an experienced administration assistant to join their Real Estate department and be a part of their growing business.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

- Computer literate
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Within this position, you'll be:
- Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Recording and monitoring deadlines
- Preparing and editing correspondence
- Processing and distributing documents effectively
- Planning and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and printing
- Managing expenses
- Assisting team with administrative duties
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £26,000
Working hours are Monday - Friday
