- Play a key role in TPM expansion throughout the factory by coaching and mentoring technicians, craft, apprentices and operators to enable them to become autonomous.
- Support and complete root cause analysis to reduce stoppages and recurrence.
- Implementation of the area's MWG (maintenance working group) plan and participate in line improvements across the manufacturing facility.
- Support and challenge your colleagues to maintain all company standards.
- Ensure compliance with the Nestlé quality policy particularly engineering change management and line release
- Become a specialist in PM stream methodologies
- Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice standards in respect of plant, tools and environment.
- Strong understanding of problem-solving methodology.
- Experienced working with automated processes and PLC's, Allen Bradley desirable.
- Qualified to NVQ level 3/City & Guilds with Electrical Bias or equivalent
- Ability to coach, lead and manage across all levels and work on own initiative.
- Manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to influence by having strong inter person skills.
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter.
