To achieve this, we have opportunities for Customer Service Executives to join our team based in Slough on a full-time, Permanent basis.

Opportunities within our Customer Services team attract a starting salary of £23,000.00 per annum, plus bonus and benefits with the potential to go up to £26,000.00 per annum after your first year and up to £28,000.00 per annum after year three, based on performance.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide telephone support to Drivers, Fleet Contacts or Franchise Partners
  • Take ownership of the customers enquiry, resolve issues where possible liaising with your team and other departments
  • Build rapport and confidence within our customer base
  • Look for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer service
  • Follow business controls set out to minimise risk
  • Provide updates and timelines on driver queries and complaints, prioritise driver queries and complaints, escalate driver queries and complaints with suppliers.

Required knowledge & experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer service, shared service centre or contact centre environment, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal focussed environment.
  • Experience in dealing with Customers in a frontline environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.
  • Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers and build strong internal relationships.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activity.
