A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client as an office administrator on a full time permanent basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using the customer enquiry information to effectively prepare a quote for the specified order
  • Sending the quote, as per customer requirements
  • Processing sales and purchase orders
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Liaise with the stores team and contribute when necessary

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In house training will be given on all internal systems
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

In person
