A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client as an office administrator on a full time permanent basis.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using the customer enquiry information to effectively prepare a quote for the specified order
- Sending the quote, as per customer requirements
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Liaise with the stores team and contribute when necessary
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In house training will be given on all internal systems
- Computer literate
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
