This is an exciting role working as part of a team to develop a service across North Kent for people over 55, especially people who are frail or need some extra support (funded by Kent County Council).

The aim is to provide a wide range of local social groups and activities which over 55s can access, which are appealing and encourage people to make friends, learn new skills, enjoy hobbies or be more physically active.

The role involves working with partner organisations, local communities, local venues, volunteers and other Involve colleagues to put on a wide range of weekly sessions and collecting feedback to ensure they are well attended and effective.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with older people, very well organised with strong IT skills who can plan and manage activities and events and respond swiftly and quickly to problems.
