Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the material planning process to ensure timely availability of materials for production
Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary to meet production demands
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues
Utilize data visualization tools and perform root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize material flow and minimize stockouts
Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills:

Proficient in shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of relevant systems and documentation
Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytical tools to identify patterns and make informed decisions
Knowledge of inventory management techniques, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and safety stock calculations
Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
