Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations you will primarily be tasked with the administration of Health and Safety and Estate Administration.

The Role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisation and communication skills.


H&S

  • Look after administration for H&S on site.
  • Ensure on site compliance with legislation and H&S by requesting documentation form relevant parties and taking responsibility for the central management of this.
  • Manage filing and document control for all H&S matters.
  • Support the park in being compliant with Health and Safety and Policies

Estate

  • Oversee property and estate management.
  • Ensure that residential properties are effectively maintained through regular maintenance and repair bookings.
  • Oversee and organise the estate terrier management and updates.
  • Manage field hire bookings, lease agreements and updates.
  • Liaise with tenants both residential and commercial and answer queries.
  • Ensure contracts leases and agreements are filed and kept up to date.
  • Review invoicing for estate matters in line with purchase order process and financial policies.

General Duties:

Ø Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence

Ø Filing and Archiving

Ø Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and records.

Ø Compiling reports

Ø Managing and organising communication with external contractors and agents.

Ø Liaising with visitors to answer queries and resolve issues

Ø Providing occasional administrative support to other staff members to help them fulfil their role.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role, to have included facilities/estate/H&S administration
  • Organised with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work with an existing team on site
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Proficient in using Power Point
  • Awareness of Health and Safety legislation
  • Experience in administration of risk assessments
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • IOSH or NEBOSH training is desirable
Contract: 35 hours per week

£23,660.00 per year
