We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Events & Bars Supervisor to join our team in Digbeth for 2024/2025 Events activity _
-
serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that the bar is stocked and clean, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. _
-
Oval Digbeth Events have three large venues across the Digbeth Estate. with capacities of 1500 Guests._

Weddings, Conferences, Dinners, after show parties, Film & Production, and many more._

Responsibilities:

Setting up events, leading events to service delivery and post event breakdown:

managing a casual workforce with flare and leadership:

ensuring event is delivered as per the event schedule and contract

Team briefings & Task allocation:

opening and Closing of venue:

completing compliance checks & handovers:

Greet customers and take orders._
- _
Event setting up & closing down Front & Back of house _
- _
Ensure the bar is stocked with supplies._
- _
Clean and maintain the bar area._
- _
Ensure all drinks are served in accordance with legal requirements._
- _
Check customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age._
- _
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff._
- _
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner._
- _
Hospitality service, including, table service, buffet service, canapes service, high profile event service. _
- _
Fun and Fast paced environment_
- _
Bar service, including cocktails, tray service, table service & drinks receptions_
- _
Our Venues can run from early morning's, evenings and until the early hours dependant of the event._

Job Type:

Zero hours contract

Salary:

£12.00 per hour
