    M&A TAX ASSISTANT - Reading

    As an M&A Tax Assistant, you will work closely with senior tax professionals to support various aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in conducting tax due diligence reviews for M&A transactions.
    • Analyse tax implications and provide recommendations to support deal structuring.
    • Prepare tax models and calculations to assess the tax impact of proposed transactions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance and optimise tax efficiency.
    • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to M&A transactions.

    • Strong understanding of tax principles, particularly in the context of M&A transactions.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
