Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:

The Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption of Digital Workplace technologies across Spirax Group with a particular focus on Microsoft 365. The DW Adoption Specialist will empower our global teams to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...

Promoting the use of Microsoft 365 applications, creating engaging communications and developing or sourcing accessible learning resources, including help guides, articles and videos

Designing, coordinating and delivering training sessions to a diverse, global audience

Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology changes and align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives

Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for content engagement and evolution

Monitoring adoption metrics, pinpointing usage gaps and areas for improvement

Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organisation, encouraging ongoing development and knowledge sharing

Your previous experience is likely to include....

IT training delivery and working knowledge of Microsoft 365

Working knowledge of the M365 suite, particularly Teams and SharePoint

Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of sessions

Working within a global, matrix organisation
