- Promoting the use of Microsoft 365 applications, creating engaging communications and developing or sourcing accessible learning resources, including help guides, articles and videos
- Designing, coordinating and delivering training sessions to a diverse, global audience
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology changes and align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for content engagement and evolution
- Monitoring adoption metrics, pinpointing usage gaps and areas for improvement
