- Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
- The role requires you to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Have plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours
- Be a Deputy Manager ready for the next step, or an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge – with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available. RNLD/RMN is desirable.
- Bring strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be confident, flexible and efficient – you're happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call.

Your Service
Step inside The Pines, where you'll find a lively and sociable home that offers a mix of private rooms and flats, alongside expert support. The team are always on-hand to support with home management and daily life skills so everybody is involved in cooking, cleaning and making choices about their home.
There is a creative, fun atmosphere in the many communal areas, with people doing arts and crafts, doing classes together or showing off their green thumbs in the garden. Friends and family are always invited to come join in with karaoke or parties as everyone is always ready to put on some music and get their dancing shoes on.
