We're recruiting a new Head of Service: Children and Young People at Equation.

Join a well-established and respected charity working to reduce the impact of domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender inequality.


We have an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking, proactive and inspirational person to lead our children and young service workstream within Equation.

You'll be joining us at an exciting time of growth, as we expand to meet the national and local need for preventative work around domestic abuse and sexual violence.


Working with the Senior Leadership Team as well as the CYP team of highly skilled and passionate staff, you'll bring strategic oversight and foster a collaborative and supportive environment.


As Head of Service for the CYP Team you will support on the development, implementation and review of the organisation's longer-term strategy and lead on the development, implementation and review of the CYP business plan in order to generate income as well as growing and developing the teams services and resources.

Working hours: 30 hours per week


Salary:
Head of Service II - £33,057


Contract type:
Permanent


Flexible working arrangements:
Home and office-based working
