Description
We are currently looking for Service Administrator. The role will be based in our office based in Newark working within a close-knit team.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Logging and processing service requests; resolving any queries or complaints.
  • Support for engineers.
  • Scheduling allocating engineers to jobs ensuring that: customer deadlines are met, engineers are fully utilised (within Working Time Regulations), geography is considered when planning routes to limit travelling times.
  • Administration ensuring the system and project files are kept up to date.
  • Preparing quotations for supply and repair to customers.
  • Ensuring that the scheduling sheets are updated on a daily basis.
  • Updating log and spreadsheets.
  • Assisting the Service Team Leader in various tasks and covering for Team Leader in their absence.
  • Attend Training Courses as and when required.

Experience & Behaviours:


  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Proven Customer Service experience.
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Be able to work with mínimal supervision and to specific deadlines.
  • Demonstrable ability to plan, organise and prioritise work (for yourself and in support of team members).
  • Be neat and methodical in their work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, confident liaising with clients, engineers and staff internally.
  • Ideally have an understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure.
  • Accurate Data Entry Skills.
