Purchasing Administrator - Birtley, United Kingdom - Reed Procurement & Supply Chain
Description
Reed Procurement are delighted to be working with a construction business based in Birtley to recruit a Purchasing Administrator.
They are seeking a keen team player, the successful applicant would be required to work in an environment that is designed towards finding custom solutions to each customer's needs.
The duties and responsibilities of this role would include:
- The processing of orders on MST ERP System
- Liaising with suppliers for customer orders
- Processing orders on MST CRM System
- Process Job cards for all MST Departments
- Raise new part numbers
- Process of warranties
- Collecting data and photographs
- Organise transport with suppliers (UK & Worldwide)
- Proficient in IT/Microsoft packages, with experience using Sage desired
- Ability to communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing
- Industry experience desired but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
