Role overview and skills required:


As an Upgrade Engagement Consultant at The NAV | 365 People (TNP) you will be responsible for business development by engaging existing NAV | Business Central clients to modernise and improve their use of their ERP.

This is not a sales job - well it is, but in a very subtle way At TNP we pride ourselves on eliminating the generic 'sales' approach.

We believe if you look after people, know what you are talking about, provide good service and deliver value for money, then the sales side will look after itself.

The key to this role is having honest strategic conversations with customers to ensure they are fully informed about their upgrade options, so they can make the right decisions for their Business.

During these conversations, you will have the opportunity to showcase not just our technical capability, but also to represent TNP and our values of being a safe place for customers.

We are looking for a motivated, committed, confident, and resilient person who is a good communicator, works well in a team, and is comfortable talking to people at all levels in the company.

They should be curious and show a willingness to learn and question. The person needs to be methodical, have attention to detail and a good work ethic. And a prerequisite, is someone personable with a great sense of humour that we at TNP are known for


Your responsibilities:


  • Establishing dynamic working relationships with Support, Delivery and Engagement Management team, to assist in both generating and delivering upgrade opportunities.
  • Keeping abreast of latest updates and technologies in BC, TNP software and related thirdparty solutions.
  • Day to day relationship management with clients during upgrade projects to ensure the customer is happy.
  • Sales to Project Handover management to ensure smooth project kickoffs.
  • Management of Pre-Sales upgrade process including presale demo planning and presentations.
  • Ensuring that we respond quickly to opportunities, follow up regularly, and that various internal opportunity management systems are kept uptodate.
