Position:
Primary Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide two of our Partners with thorough support and organisation to enable them to deliver their work.
Travel Management
- Prepare travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodation, taxis, trains, and other reservations (restaurant, venue, etc.)
- Develop a portfolio of hotel, restaurant, venue options which our global team can select from
- Negotiate preferential rates with providers
Operational Support:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms or suitable venues as required
- Coordinate team strategy meetings and share content, meeting agenda and minutes
- Support with external communications including developing letters of proposal (LOP) templates and tailored marketing materials sent to prospective partners
- Develop a good grasp of current and upcoming projects across the business in order to direct queries to the right person
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit all required documentation for expense reimbursement in alignment with Company travel and expense policies
- Provide backup cover as needed for the larger pool of administrators in the London office

Essential Qualifications / Experience
***- 2+ years' experience working in an Executive Assistant position with a demonstrable track record of working in administrative roles
- Experience of working in an international company
- Business international level of English both written and oral
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
