My award winning client who are based in beautiful offices in central Cheltenham, are currently looking to expand their team and recruit an additional Account Manager to join their customer service department.

This role will work as part of a growing andsuccessful business who pride themselves on their team culture.


Company Benefits:


  • Starting Salary £25,000 plus commission

Duties to include:


  • Responsibility of a portfolio of clients
  • Maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Resolving complex queries with clients and suppliers in an efficient manner
  • Producing reports for clients
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of industry rules/issues
  • Manage relationships with internal operational functions to endtoend operational service
  • Analyse & address issues and implement measures to ensure customers' demands are me

Experience Required:


  • Experience of working for a competitor or utility sector company
  • Experienced in using MS Excel, basic formulas and functions such as vlookup
  • Excellent written skills
  • Extremely well organised, able to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload
  • The ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge
  • Passion for providing best in class customer service
  • UK Utilities knowledge preferable but not essential
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fastpaced environment
  • Good facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
  • A high level of verbal, critical, and analytical skills, and sound commercial awareness
  • 3rd Party Relationship Management experience.
