J308- Our client is seeking a motivated
Collections Executive. You will have previous Collections experience and able to hit the ground running.

The individual should have good initiative, willing to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits

Location:
UK, London (Hybrid).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the billing a of late payment charges and interest and pursuing cancelled direct debit customers.
Other ad hoc duties where required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Previous collections experience required.
Strong telephony skills.
Systems/process development skills.
Ability build and maintain relationships with customers as well as internal cross team relationships.
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Good numerical skills.
