    AMAZING HYBRID PORTFOLIO MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

    About the Company: Our client, a well-respected specialist lender, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team.

    Location: Based in Leeds (two days per week) and remote 3 days per week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring strong credit stewardship is maintained, including monitoring loan expiries, interest tranche depletion, construction milestones, and sale milestones.
    • Liaising with various teams to identify potentially problematic loans promptly.
    • Recommending suitable loan restructurings and preparing amendment credit papers.
    • Conducting site inspections to assess development project progress.
    • Reviewing monthly time delays and cost overruns.
    • Analyzing cash flow against approved projections.
    • Implementing new credit policies efficiently.
    • Monitoring unit sales and identifying any issues promptly.
    • Maintaining accurate records and preparing portfolio reports.
    • Contributing to departmental portfolio reviews and annual credit risk assessments.
    • Developing individual retention plans to support business growth.
