Student Casework is a small, busy team with responsibility for a range of formal university processes including student complaints, academic appeals and student conduct.

We're looking for a Senior Casework Officer to provide a high-quality service to our students and colleagues.

We're looking for someone with substantial experience in a student-facing or customer service role.

You'll have skills in one or more of the following:

conducting investigations, safeguarding, complaints or appeals handling, disciplinary cases or working at Faculty or School level in a university or college.

You'll need to be a creative problem solver, able to think critically and to deliver high quality, accurate work, often to tight deadlines.

You will also have experience of dealing with complex and sensitive information and be able to communicate clearly, with tact and understanding, while remaining impartial and professional.
