If so then the position of the Complaints and Feedback Assistant within the London Borough of Hackney's Children and Families Quality Assurance and Improvement Service may be for you.


This is an exciting time to join Hackney Children and Families Service and the recently remodelled Quality Assurance and Improvement Team which monitors and aims to improve service delivery for the children and Families we work with as we strive towards excellence.

Hackney Children and Families vision and mission statement is focused on improving outcomes for children and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this important work.

The Quality Assurance and Improvement Team is made up of four hubs:
Quality Assurance; Workforce & Practice Development; Complaints & Feedback; and Project & Service Improvement.


We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our team within the context of the Complaints & Feedback Hub.

You will be the first point of contact for all Children and Families Service complaints and Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) enquiries from children, young people and families.

You will provide high quality administrative support related to all elements of the complaints and feedback processes within the Children and Families Service.

This includes supporting the development and implementation of systems to track information and enable analysis of information. You will also support an effective and flexible programme to regularly gather feedback from children, young people and families.
