Returns Coordinator - Maternity FTC - February Start

Northampton

08:00 - 16:00

£23,000 - £27,000 (£12-14ph)


We have partnered with a luxury market leading business, who are looking for a Returns Coordinator to join their team in Northampton.

Asa proactive individual, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently processing return orders, stock management & supporting the Spare Parts and Delivery Teams with daily tasks when required.


Key Duties:


  • Responsible for processing all authorised product returns, scheduling and follow up ensuring inbound KPI is met.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assists with inventory cycle counts.
  • Ensure all stock discrepancies are reported and corrected in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues. Informing and escalating any service issues to management as appropriate.
  • Responsible for stock across return branch plants and update system in line with stock movements
  • Responsible for administration associated with the return of goods
  • Adhere to 72hr bookingin process responsible for escalating if achievement of KPI cannot be adhered
  • Perform driver debriefs to ensure all units delivered and returns are documented, processed, and scrapped physically and systemically
  • Ensure accurate system records match paperwork and the physical unit
  • Contribute positively to team environment and participate in activities to build continuous improvement of the function
  • Provide reports, analysis, and insights
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination of reports relating to inventory and logistics, including DIFOT, stock discrepancies, and damage reports.
  • Previous experience of warehouse practices and inventory management activities
  • Good level of financial acumen and good knowledge of typical warehouse operations KPI metrics and data.?
  • Good understanding of warehouse H&S practices, IOSH or equivalent would be highly beneficial.
  • Able to show a positive and progressive attitude and a flexible approach to change.
  • Have a strong desire for selfdevelopment and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience working within a "premium brand" culture and environment would be beneficial.
  • Degree level qualified in?Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience) would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the appliance or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
