    REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERHAMPSHIRE£39,250 (Including London Weighting Allowance)

    A rapidly expanding organisation is looking for a commercially aware, focused, diplomatic and strong Regional Operations Manager. Responsible for the business results of a geographical area including the day-to-day management of people, operations and assets.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    As a Regional OperationsManager your key duties will include:

    • Implement Area delivery plans to deliver against agreed targets
    • Understand and respond to the competitive environment, actively developing the business through effective marketing
    • Actively engage with the team to communicate updates, client feedback, community activities, policy compliance, changes in processes and branch/ area performance.
    • Ensure branches are fully operational and all resources are utilised effectively to meet both client and business needs
    • Understand and guide others on how relevant legislation and regulation applies to their role and the industry
    • Complete effective site visits, to work in line with quality assurance
    • Hold regular meetings with the team to promote team building and a positive culture
    • Proactively seek out ways in which the business can be developed and work with the Regional Development Director to find ways to implement initiatives.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    To be considered for the role of Regional Operations Manager, you must have:

    • Experience of managing profit and loss for an area of the business
    • Track record of developing and growing a multi-site business
    • Experienced People Manager, passionate about coaching and development
    • Demonstratable management experience in a client/customer focused environment, i.e., Health and Social Care, Retail, the Service Sector etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Approachable, diplomatic, and resilient
    • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
