Reed Procurement are excited to be partnered with a manufacturing organisation in South Wales that have more than doubled in size and turnover in the past 5 years.

With their growing commodity base, they are looking for an Indirect Category Manager to takethe lead on the management and establishment of the following categories; Energy, Overheads, Capital expenditure and maintenance contracts.

With great standing and recognition in their market, they are seeking a strong procurement professional to join theirexpanding team.

Specific areas you will manage and take the lead on include; Energy Procurement, IT procurement, overheads and impact of carbon and UK ETS compliance.

Being predominantly remote based, you must be confident in setting your own schedule and meeting your own deadlines in an autonomous working environment.

Initially, to get to know the business and stakeholders, you may be on site a few times per week, butonce settled, this will become more autonomous, and only require travel once per week to their West Wales facility.
