    The Company

    An international hotel company is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager t o manage the revenue for up to 4 hotels, visiting your properties once a month / quarterly when needed.

    Multi branded Hotels
    Across the whole of the UK
    Home Based (based anywhere across the UK)
    Benefits you will receive as Cluster Revenue Manager :
    Bonus 20% of base salary
    28 days holiday incl. bank holidays
    Pension
    Home working 5 days a week (you would be expected to visit your hotels at least once per quarter)
    The Cluster Revenue Manager will
    Manage total revenue, Accommodation, Meeting & Events and Food & Beverage
    Maximise revenue for your properties through utilization and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques
    Have a clear understanding and influence revenue related relationships to the benefit of the business both internal and external.
    Review, examine data, trends and monitoring market competition
    Coordinate revenue generated personnel whilst effectively communicating with key stakeholders of the company.
    Have experience of Opera, Ideas, Delphi, Fidelio etc
    Reporting to a Regional Revenue Manager you will hold key relationships within the company
    As Cluster Revenue Manager you will have
    Solid revenue management experiencewithin hotels
    Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes
    Great influencing and communication skills
    Organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
    Effective time management, be a decision maker, be detail orientated and be able to manipulate data
    Agility to respond to different work situations
    Be target driven and self-motivated

    You must have worked in the hospitality sector, li ve in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.

    Please note that the Cluster Revenue Manager is a hybrid role with with the successful applicant able to work from home at various stages depending on what is required, full details of this to be provided.
