Hybrid - Monmouth Wales and Peterborough with some travel Internationally


Contract and shift details:
Permanent Monday - Friday 37.5hours


We are excited to announce this opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to work alongside our MD in a newly formed business under the AB Agri Umbrella - Global Supplements.

Global Supplements has been formed following acquisition of market Leading brands NAF 5* and Nutrilabs.

As our Finance Director, you will join us in the journey of building and delivering a strategy to increase our turnover by 80% and with higher sustainableEBIT performance, on an international scale.

You will be commercially focused and be responsible for contributing to that strategy through understanding the P&L's, challenging the numbers and providing guidance through strategic transformation and operationalexcellence.

We are market leading with a wide portfolio of products meeting consumer and category needs.

We are looking for someone who can embrace the complexity that comes with multiple raw materials, packaging and finished product SKU's, and work with sales and marketingteams through financial insight and business information to provide guidance on revenue growth management to maximise the consumer and customer experience while enhancing and sustaining EBIT%.


A key part of this role will be focused on influencing and leadership not only by having the opportunity to shape a direct/indirect team of around 6-10 but also working with senior stakeholders on how we that transform and re-shape for growth including systems,processes and reporting.


This is a great opportunity for a finance professional to build their career working closely with our MD and CFO in a transformational growth phase business.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

  • Qualified accountant with experience in a Senior Leadership position
  • Experience of group reporting requirements including reporting into CFO
  • Previous experience of working in transformation/growth businesses ideally with a multiproduct portfolio and B2C

Location


For this role we are looking for flexibility across a hybrid approach defined by business need our main UK production site is in Monmouth Wales and our group head office is Peterborough.

Our Nutrilabs Head Office is in Vienna, with products sold across Germany,Austria and Switzerland so we are looking for someone who can be flexible to support across the UK and Internationally therefore travel will be required.
