MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Branch Assistant for our client who are a highly successful supplier of windows and doors to trade.

Successful and solid they are performing strongly and are opening a brand new branch in the Worsley / South Bolton area, and have a great opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join the team


Branch Assistant role:


  • Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 3 you will develop relationships with trade customers, answer queries and deliver a great customer service
  • A hands on role where you will help with all aspects of including the trade counter, goods in/out in the branch warehouse
  • Process quotes and orders using Evolution / Business Micros (Training will be provided)
  • Make calls to customers to follow up on quotes, to update on their orders and to confirm deliveries etc
  • Occasional delivery driving as required

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience working within a trade counter environment is essential
  • Specific experience of windows and doors is highly advantageous
  • The successful applicant will have great people skills, a proactive approach and excellent customer service skills
  • IT confident, willing to learn new systems and products and comfortable making outbound calls
  • Driving licence is essential

The Package:

- £23k basic

  • Monthly branch bonus scheme (Pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target)
  • 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
  • Monday to Friday working no evenings or saturday working

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
