Spencer Clarke Group are now working with an award-winning Chartered Accountancy firm based in Cheadle, Stockport.
This firm are seeking to recruit a qualified/QBE Accounts Manager to join their team, with the role consisting of accounts-based work, plus other ad hoc assignment work.
They are a leading group of Chartered Accountants, Business Advisors and Financial Planners in the area, offering a full service in business and personal financial advice.
We provide expert support in all areas of accountancy and business & financial planning, which means we're best placed to understand the businesses we work with, and their problems and aspirations, and hence provide the advice and support they need to help them achieve their objectives.
5 hours per week, with flexible hours of work between the hours of 8am and 6.Managing of accounts assignmentsOverseeing of job planning and completion
Assist with managing the accounts team generally and overall job planning and scheduling
Assist with staff management, training, development and appraisals generally
Be involved in other ad hoc advisory and support assignments for clients
Skills and personal qualities
have worked in an accountancy practice and have experience of running accounts assignments
have strong Microsoft office suite skills especially Excel
ideally have knowledge and experience of accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
have strong analytical and project management skills.
