An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join us as Temporary Staffing Workforce Lead at BHRUT.

You will be responsible for the contract management and day to day operations of the Trust Temporary Staffing Services alongside the outsourced provider and Trust workforce hubs.

This is a great opportunity for a Temporary staffing expert to take their career to the next level, with the right skills and experience to make a real difference.

You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive improvement, deliver a reduction in Bank and agency spend.

You will bring professionalknowledge and expertise tothis role and have responsibility for developing and ensuring that quality services are provided.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and team skills are essential for this role.

You will be a key member of the senior team and will lead on projects as agreed with the Head of Resourcing and Associate Director of Transformation & Resourcing.
