To support this journey, we are currently recruiting for a quality-focused Business Analyst (BA) Manager, who will join the newly formed Business Improvement & Change function, a team that is central to delivering valuable business change. In the role of Business Analyst Manager at Gentoo, you will be responsible for leading the Business Analyst team to deliver consistent, high quality business analysis services to the group.

    We are looking for a Business Analyst Manager who wants to build a capability based on a robust, best-practice approach. Who will bring experience of resource allocation and prioritisation and understand the BA contribution to strategic planning, delivery, and benefits realisation. You will be seasoned in stakeholder management and be comfortable with delivering to all audiences, driving decision-making when required. You will be a critical partner to all functions across the group and lend your skills and expertise to land both strategic change and operational improvements. It's essential you enjoy the challenges of transformation and be comfortable delivering at pace.

    The role is based at our Doxford Park, Sunderland head office.     What we are looking for:

    Previous experience of working as a BA Manager or as a Senior BA within a highly regulated industry.
    Strong leadership skills, the ability to guide, coach, influence and lead a team through periods of growth and development.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate strategies and solutions to complex issues.
    Excellent communications and engagement skills, experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable with facilitation, influencing and driving decision-making.
    Strong resource allocation and prioritisation skills, experience in managing complex projects and multiple business as usual obligations simultaneously.
    Dedication to continuous improvement and experience in converting ideas to tangible benefits.
    Strong quality focus; an understanding of quality across the BA function and dedication to delivering quality and value in all areas.
