Description

Our client creates bespoke high-end furniture and architectural joinery for residential projects. They are a growing, forward-thinking company who values continuous learning and improvement.

Continuously busy, they are currently looking for a Lead Maker who ideally will either already be a team leader or have the potential to become one fairly quickly.

As a lead maker, you'll be working on bespoke cabinetry for kitchens, dressing rooms, winerooms and bars. From machining to final quality control, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality products that meet their clients' needs.

Skills and Experience expected from the Cabinet Maker:

The ability to read technical drawings
Experience with woodworking machinery and tools
Experience making furniture and/or joinery
Excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Veneering experience is advantageous but not essential

Salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 per year, dependent on experience and skill set, as well as benefits such as a company pension, cycle to work scheme, healthcare and on-site parking.
