Group is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide and they are part of the Wilmington T&E division.

Main Purpose of Role:


You will be part of a team that focuses on the organisation and production of our training events & media.


Specialising in the production & maintenance of our online training library content, you will work alongside others to deal with any issues that arise and ensure that all events/content are a success.

You will also be integral in ensuring all communications are sent as required to our internal and external support network.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with delivery of accountancy and tax course programmes, for a portfolio of national events & online digital content.
  • Edit and produce highquality videos for webinars, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout.
  • Manage the postproduction process, including video and audio editing and finalising webinars for distribution.
  • Maintaining file servers & online content libraries.
  • Publishing content to our website.
  • Reviewing processes and procedures to continually improve.
Work with the team to develop and implement best practices for course content production and editing.

Skills and Experience Required:

Expectations:


  • A passion to work with digital media, to create video, audio & documentation to a high standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Collaboration with other teams to understand the production requirements and objectives to create high quality content.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and deliver work within the agreedupon timeline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in webinar production and multimedia editing.

The skills required:


  • Experience in Microsoft Office 36 especially Word, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Kaltura & Umbraco preferable.
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom.
  • Strong English skills, backed by the relevant qualification(s)
:

GCSE, Key Skills or Functional Skills.

  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with mínimal supervision. This is important, as the team works in a hybrid office/home environment.
  • Well organised and able to plan independently.
