Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm)
Homebased with national office attendance when required
£50,000 - £57,000 DOE plus up to 20% bonus

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Head of Acute Service Delivery will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management and delivery of all acute contracts across the UK.
Empowering and overseeing this team you will ensure all services are well led, safe, effective, and performing for our customers, and the contracted quality, operational and commercial KPIs are being delivered.
You will be responsible for all commercial reporting activity across our acute services including forecasting, activity/cost analysis and month end reporting and billing

Everyday you will...
- People management responsibility for the Service Delivery Managers, through regular on the job coaching, monthly 121's setting SMART objectives, and reviewing performance metrics.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clinical insourcing services into customers, allowing the highest clinical and operational standards are always met. Providing leadership and accountability ensuring our insourcing operating model is implemented and continually improved upon using data to drive improvements.
- Conduct regular delivery review meetings with relevant stakeholders to review clinical and governance performance and prevent financial and operational inefficiencies, enabling the team to consistently deliver high levels of patient and client satisfaction whilst ensuring all services are well led, safe and effectively.
- Ensure all contracts are being delivered in line with commercial expectations, as per our contractual pricing, by ensuring an accurate and robust billing process is adhered to, alongside weekly cost monitoring and analysis of weekly payroll costs.
- Have effective strategies for ongoing engagement with clients to monitor performance against operational KPIs and client satisfaction, to extend and increase contract duration and scope.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Experience working as a General/Service Manager in a ideally in an acute healthcare setting whereby you had direct line management responsibilities
- Involvement in
working with clients in setting up contracts and services - Prior leadership skills in budget setting, forecasting and budget management with an ability to prepare reports, data sets, writing business cases and delivering presentations to key stakeholders
- Good knowledge of RTT, Access Targets and current commissioning landscapes
