About The Role
**We are currently looking to grow our charities team and hire a keen Lawyer with previous charity experience and good attention to detail.

The team are top tier in the Legal 500 and have specialist charity advisors. They work with a full range of national charities including RSPB and private schools.

They are fully immersed in the charities sector, they are involved in specialist professional groups and run events for charities to share experiences.

They have a full overview of the landscape of charity law, they can support governance and manage risk, offer clear, detailed advice and solutions beyond the matter at hand.

You can be based in either our Northampton or Cheltenham office.


Role of Charity Solicitor:


  • Advise on a range of charity law issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the charity sector, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
  • Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.

About You
**- 2-5 years PQE

  • Demonstrable technical ability and excellent drafting skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
  • Can demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to nurture and teach junior members of the team
