Description


As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre environment and will be first point of contact for clients, borrowers and brokers.


You will deal with a high volume of calls on a daily basis and will have your own caseload of customers which you will be responsible for.


The role will be an extremely fast paced and you will be responsible for providing a high level of service at all times whilst ensuring a smooth process for customers.


Profile
No experience required but we are looking for the below

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Confident communicator over the telephone and in person

Exceptional customer service skills

A positive can do attitude


Job Offer
Salary of £22000+ central Leeds+ reputable business+ full training provided+ no weekends+ Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm+ hybrid working+ excellent progression and development+ prestige offices+ excellent on site facilities
