The CompanyBased in the north of Glasgow, Our client has been established for over 40 years. They own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units.

The RoleThey are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor, to join their fast paced and exciting Customer Contact team.
With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, you will have experience of working in a demanding and pressured environment, respondingto a range of enquiries different channels, with the aim of resolving these at first point of contact.
This role requires experience of working in a performance driven environment and demands a drive to continuously improve customer services.
On Offer
This role has a salary banding of £26,071 - £18,974 EVH Grade 5.
In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
