Based in the north of Glasgow, Our client has been established for over 40 years. They own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units.

The Role

They are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor, to join their fast paced and exciting Customer Contact team.

With customer focus at the heart of everything that you do, you will have experience of working in a demanding and pressured environment, respondingto a range of enquiries different channels, with the aim of resolving these at first point of contact.


This role requires experience of working in a performance driven environment and demands a drive to continuously improve customer services.

You should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be able to plan and manage your own workloadeffectively. Excellent IT skills and experience in MS Office packages is important. Experience of using housing management software or a CRM would be advantageous.

On Offer

This role has a salary banding of £26,071 - £18,974 EVH Grade 5.

In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.

Workinghours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
