About our client
Our client is a leading UK small buy-out and growth investor with significant funds under management. It's long-established, well respected, and has an enviable track record of investing across Britain.

It's looking to add an investment professional to leadaspects of the transaction process, support the senior members of the investment team, and work on portfolio management.

What the job involves:

Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Assist the Partners, Directors and other senior members of the investment team across a number of private equity vehicles
Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required management.

Who we are looking for:

Exposure to growth capital and midmarket private equity as an investor or advisor
Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
Top academics from a leading academic institution
Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
