Customer Service Advisor at Leading Distributor

We are excited to introduce a job opportunity at a prominent distributor located in Kings Langley. They are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Handle customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.
Prior office experience is preferred, with a background in meeting deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

This role operates from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with a potential shift change in the works. Salaries range from £27K to £30K, dependent on experience, and come with a range of benefits such as hybrid working options, a generous pension plan, annual bonuses, and company discounts.

Duties include:

Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Handle all customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Manage expectations of customers and the sales team.
Stay updated on marketing campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Engage proactively with customers to maintain good relationships.
Keep records and manage customer details effectively.
Have a good understanding of portfolio brands.
