I am a dedicated MSc student in Organisational Psychology with a strong passion for Business Development and Leadership consultancy. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a deep understanding of the dynamics within organisations and how individuals and teams can thrive in the business environment.

Currently pursuing my MSc degree in Organisational Psychology, I am immersing myself in the latest research and best practices in the field. My coursework has equipped me with a solid foundation in topics such as employee motivation, organisational behavior, talent management, leadership and mindfulness, coaching, and much more. 

One particular area of focus that captivates me is business development and leadership consultancy. I am intrigued by the strategic aspects of driving organisational growth and guiding leaders toward their full potential. I am keen to explore how effective leadership, team dynamics, and organisational culture influence business success and overall performance.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively seek opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills in practical settings. I have engaged in various experiences that have allowed me to collaborate with professionals from diverse industries, gaining valuable insights into their specific challenges and opportunities.

I thrive in collaborative environments and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing practical recommendations for organisational enhancement. I am also well-versed in data analysis and have experience working with various assessment tools and methodologies.

As I progress in my studies and embark on the next phase of my career, I am eager to contribute to organisations by leveraging my expertise in organisational psychology and business development. I am open to exploring exciting opportunities that align with my passion for driving positive change within organisations and enabling leaders to thrive.

Experience

I am a results-oriented and adaptable individual. Throughout my experiences,  I have honed my skills in coaching, team building, problem-solving, and effective communication.

As a Voluntary Coach Assistant at Biopanda LTD, I played a crucial role in conducting coaching sessions for the leadership team. By leveraging critical thinking skills, I enhanced their leadership abilities and facilitated their growth in areas such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and team building. I also focused on fostering positive team dynamics by engaging in team-building exercises and creating a safe space for employees to thrive.

During my tenure at Credit Suisse, I demonstrated autonomy and agility by adapting to a professional environment and effectively multitasking in the face of changing circumstances. Collaborating with colleagues, I tackled complex financial challenges using strong problem-solving skills. I also utilised my exceptional presentation skills to create engaging presentations and actively listened to team members to ensure effective communication.

As a Taekwon-Do Instructor at Elite Taekwon-Do London, I showcased my leadership skills by training lower belts and cultivating a safe and positive learning environment. Managing time and communication effectively, I led sessions for diverse age groups and addressed parent concerns professionally. I took an innovative approach to teaching methods, continuously exploring new techniques to engage and inspire students, resulting in the adoption of these methods by other instructors.

Furthermore, my experience as a NEXT Sales Associate demonstrated my customer-focused mindset and ability to achieve sales targets. By providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, I built rapport with customers, assisted with product selection, and processed transactions. I also introduced a system to enhance department organisation during busy sales periods, earning appreciation from colleagues.

With a passion for Business Development and Leadership consultancy, I am committed to driving positive change and helping organizations thrive. My strong coaching abilities, problem-solving skills, and dedication to fostering collaboration and growth make me an asset to any team.

Education

I am an enthusiastic student with my recent completion of an MSc degree in Organisational Psychology from City University. My education has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within organisations and the psychological factors that contribute to individual and group behavior.

During my programme, I engaged in a range of modules that provided me with a solid foundation in various aspects of organisational psychology. These modules included:

Research Methods: I gained a strong proficiency in conducting rigorous research, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. I developed skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate valuable insights and evidence-based recommendations through the use of SPSS software. 

Employee Well-being: I explored the concept of employee well-being and learned strategies to promote mental health, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. I gained knowledge on creating supportive work environments and implementing interventions to enhance employee well-being.

Career Development and Training: This module delved into the importance of career development and effective training practices within organisations. I studied theories and interventions that contribute to employee growth, engagement, and career satisfaction.

Mindful Leadership and Development: I examined the role of mindfulness in leadership effectiveness and personal development. I learned techniques to cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership practices.

Work Design, Organisational Change, and Development: This module focused on optimising work environments to enhance productivity and adaptability. I gained insights into organisational change processes, effective communication strategies, and methods for fostering positive organisational development.

Psychological Assessment: I acquired expertise in utilising various psychological assessment tools to evaluate individual competencies, personality traits, and job fit. I learned how to interpret assessment results and provide meaningful feedback.

Coaching: I developed proficiency in coaching techniques and honed my skills in providing guidance and support to individuals and teams through a plethora of various techniques. 

With my diverse educational background, I am well-equipped to apply my knowledge and skills to address challenges within organisations. I am eager to leverage my expertise in organisational psychology to drive positive change, improve employee well-being, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
