    Backend Engineer (Commerce Product)

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking Backend Engineers who will focus on building different services within our platform.

    The ideal candidates will be familiar with AI principles and data science concepts, including training or using models. Proficiency in APIs, ETLs, and integrations is essential for this role, as you will work with partners to ingest their data for our platform. Deployment skills are a bonus but not required.

    You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop backend services for our Commerce platform modules.
  • Work closely with our data scientists to implement AI and data science concepts to build and enhance platform functionalities.
  • Develop APIs, ETLs, and integrations to ingest partner data into our platform.
  • Work closely with frontend engineers to integrate backend services with frontend interfaces.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in backend development and data technologies.

  • Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with proficiency in backend technologies and Python.
  • Familiarity with AI principles and data science concepts, including training or using models.
  • Strong skills in developing APIs, ETLs, and integrations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers and data scientists.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
