- Conduct client risk assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, and financial transactions in compliance with GDPR.
- Monitor and assess the performance of our care workers.
- Ensure each service user receives appropriate care, emphasising continuity.
- Provide support and supervision to new care workers.
- Liaise with placement teams, social workers, and other professionals.
- Conduct service user reviews as needed and perform spot check visits to ensure quality care.
- Cover short notice care absences when necessary.
- Report comments, complaints, and compliments to the Branch Manager.
- Maintain KPIs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support branches with on-call duties as per the rota
- Must have a valid business insurance.
- It is a fast- paced environment, the successful Office Administrator will be interpersonally confident and a pro-active team player.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitively.
- Have the ability to thrive under pressure and good organisational and multitasking skills.
