    ROLE: RMN NURSE LOCATION: GLASGOW, SCOTLAND

    SALARY: £ £20.88/Hour + Company BenefitsHOURS: 42 hours/week – Set Shift PatternCoben Healthcare is excited to provide ongoing support to one of the UK's Largest Employee-Owned Care Companies with their latest Registered Nurse RMN vacancy, to work in their purpose built Low Secure Forensic Hospital in Glasgow.Set shift pattern hours / shiftWeek 1: Mon, Thurs, FriWeek 2: Tues, Wed, Sat, SunBenefits To You:

    About You:
    • You will have an Active NMC PIN (RMN)
    • You will have Mental Health Sector Experience
    • You will have experience working in a Mental Health hospital or nursing home setting
    • Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly / Mental health sector
    • Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
    • Excellent IT, Communication and interpersonal Skills
    Your Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
    • Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet resident's physical, social and psychological needs
    • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
    • Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
    • Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
