Aftersales Manager - Leicester- Basic Salary £40,000

- Our client, a large franchised main dealership in Leicester have the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team. There are 4 Vehicle Technicians Mechanics's 3 Service Advisors1 Parts person.
A Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller may be considered as long has you have worked with customers and been in the workshop in previous roles.
Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Departmental profitability
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
- Controlling expenses
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Installing, and maintaining processes
- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
- Jumping in to help with Parts
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' Service Manager / Aftersales Manager experience/ must know Parts as well
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge

- Basic Salary of £40,000

- Monday
- Friday 8am 6pm
