Aftersales Manager - Leicester

  • Basic Salary £40,000
  • OTE £50,000 no ceiling
  • Company Car

  • Our client, a large franchised main dealership in Leicester have the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team. There are 4 Vehicle Technicians Mechanics's 3 Service Advisors1 Parts person.

A Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller may be considered as long has you have worked with customers and been in the workshop in previous roles.


Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
  • Jumping in to help with Parts

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' Service Manager / Aftersales Manager experience/ must know Parts as well
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:


  • Franchised Dealership Experience
  • Kerridge

Remuneration & Benefits:


  • Basic Salary of £40,000
  • OTE £50,000

Working Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8am 6pm
