- Contributing to process enhancement and innovation to ensure informative and engaging content delivery across interactive platforms.
- Monitoring content development needs, addressing gaps, and supporting effective content management and execution.
- Assisting in tasks related to content management and supporting other team members as required.
- Supporting different teams within Quadient with necessary actions and tasks.
- Creating, editing, and managing digital content to provide technical support for Group products.
- Coordinating with external partners and customers when needed.
- Updating digital content for current products through the change management process.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in all responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Digital Content and Publications.
- Proven experience in creating digital content using various software tools.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and other similar environments.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
