As a Sales Leader at a leading environmental company in Melbourne, specialising in solar panels and carbon-saving products, my role centred on driving growth through strategic sales efforts. As a leader, I built strong relationships with potential customers, using exceptional conversational skills to identify their needs and effectively communicate the benefits of sustainable energy solutions. By leveraging my sales expertise, I was able to not only educate clients about the advantages of solar energy and carbon reduction but also close deals by addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions. In doing so, my ability to connect with customers, listen actively, and build trust played a key role in expanding the customer base and establishing long-term partnerships.
