• Overall responsibility for the Clapham and Feltham Depots health and safety
including advising on all issues, carrying out risk assessments and Accident & Near
Miss reporting and investigations, ensuring Legal compliance and Duty of care is
adhered to by all Employees, Visitors and Contractors.
• Carry out site safety audits and implement corrective actions including toolbox talk.

• Delivered internal Health & Safety and arranged External training.
• Environmental responsibilities included maintaining the ISO14001 accreditation by
carrying out audits, managing site waste and remaining zero to landfill.
• Reviewed employees’ sickness/absence and developed return to work plans with
Occupational Health Advisor.
• Implemented a behavioral safety programme, concentrated on the 'leading'
indicators and ensuring a reduction of accidents and incidents during the first year.
